Make the change as a Senior Analyst

Position is in ICT Risk Management and you will be a member of the Data Protection, ICT & Information Security Risk team within the Operational Risk Department.

The team is responsible for monitoring, challenging and advising on the management of Data protection, ICT & Information Security risk across Luminor.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, assess, document and regularly review ICT risks;
  • Contribute to independent risk reporting;
  • Control weaknesses and agree on appropriate remedial actions to identified metric breaches;
  • Identify key risk drivers;
  • Oversee incident management process, analyse incident root-causes and contribute to external reporting and analysis;
  • Train first line of defence to design and implement controls;
  • Contribute to other relevant elements of Luminor’s operational risk management framework.

Skills and Experience:

  • Significant experience in ICT Risk Management or consulting, preferably in financial services;
  • Experience in identifying inherent ICT risks;
  • Experience working in IT with a risk or controls focus;
  • Good understanding of financial services technology;
  • Excellent knowledge of technology risk and control taxonomies and the industry standard frameworks;
  • Advanced English: fluent in all spoken and written communication.
