  • Plan & organize team daily work, including target setting, managing sales and reporting provided by Performance Management Unit.
  • Coach and develop team members through leadership tools (morning huddle, weekly meetings, 1-1 discussions etc).
  • Achieve sales results through the team and reaching the agreed targets (KPI, SLA, OKR).
  • Ensure that Credit decisions are made in a timely and professional manner according to Luminor risk appetite.
  • Ensure advising and consulting Advisors on Credit matters.
  • Ensure the quality in service, processes and procedures following and risk management through individual and team activities.
  • Ensure efficient staffing of the team through selecting and de-selecting team members and building a high performing team.
  • Be a role model for employees, including training them and ensuring professional and personal development.
  • Perform regular quality checks and providing regular feedback to the team, direct manager as well as other counterparts.
  • Regularly support team members in their daily tasks.
  • Ensure data quality and inserting data into Banking systems according to existing quality standards, processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other team leads, unit managers and department managers both locally and in pan-Baltic level.
  • Plan, follow and keep the allocated budget and decisions with cost saving mindset.
  • Promote and support living the Luminor values and building the strong Luminor brand.

The responsibility of Lending Competence Center Unit Manager role will be leading the team and taking responsibility for strong business results and quality targets achievement. Lending Competence Center Unit Manager will be growing and developing people by, being a strong and engaged leader, acting in an agile way, expressing empowerment, openness, and courage. Active contribution into finding business growth opportunities for the team as well as for whole Luminor is highly expected. Lending Competence Center Unit Manager reports directly to the Head of Estonia Sales Department.

Salary range: 2500-3500 EUR gross *
*Salary level for the final candidate depends on the level of experience and competencies. In Luminor, the salary is one part of the overall remuneration policy.
