This is the time full of new opportunities and chances to stand up and bring out the best of you!Retail division is establishing Estonia Sales Department, which will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experience and sales results by implementing local initiatives whereas acting on pan-Baltic priorities set by the management. Thereof we are looking for a talented colleague to join our highly motivated and ambitious team.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and ensure excellent customer experience within the team
  • Implement Luminor strategy within the team and transform it into actionable outcomes
  • Ensure services to educate customers to use remote services or self-service to ensure a smooth transition of customers
  • Ensures SMART-ID related actions are done in a timely and correct manner
  • Enable handling incoming customer requests within agreed timeframes (SLAs)
  • Ensure service delivery for Private and Business customers
  • Establish great collaboration with main stakeholders in other business units both on local and pan-Baltic level
  • Represent Luminor in business communities and in different projects
  • Create an environment of business growth and lead the team to achieve targets set (KPI, OKR)
  • Plan, organize and follow up on team routines established (morning huddle, weekly meetings, 1-1 meetings etc.)
  • Be a role model and develop the team members through various leadership techniques (coaching, leading virtual teams, performance management etc.)
  • Monitor and control the Unit’s work quality
  • Plan, follow and keep the allocated budget and decisions with business mindset
  • High risk customer onboarding – make decisions regarding customer servicing and onboarding within the decision framework
  • Ensure following all necessary regulations, processes and procedures and make decisions according to powers to act, role purpose and Luminor values and strategy
  • Ensure the data quality and inserting data into Banking systems according to existing quality standards, processes, and procedures
  • Ensure efficient staffing of the team through selecting and de-selecting team members and building a high performing team
  • Collaborate with other team leads, unit managers and department managers both locally and in pan-Baltic level
  • Organize, engage, and motivate employees within your area of responsibility through building the strong team, coaching and holding direct reports accountable and developing talent in the unit
  • Contribute to team and company performance through effective networking, collaboration and leading through example
  • Promote and support living the Luminor values and building the strong Luminor brand

Additionally:
The main responsibility of this role is to ensure high quality of customer advisory and creating outstanding customer experience to the external and internal customers. Advisory Unit Manager will be responsible for implementing Luminor strategy within the team and transform it into actionable outcomes.  The role will be overviewing organizing sufficient services to educate customers to use remote services or self-service, to ensure a smooth transition of customers. Advisory Unit Manager reports directly to the Head of Estonia Sales Department.

Location: Estonia

Salary range: 2300-3500 EUR gross*
*Salary level for the final candidate depends on the level of experience and competencies. In Luminor, the salary is one part of the overall remuneration policy.
