The Talent Acquisition intern will have the opportunity to experience multiple stages of the recruitment lifecycle by performing hands on work as well as through mentorship with one of our Sr. Talent Acquisition Partners. The Talent Acquisition intern will support key Talent Acquisition processes and programs including recruitment marketing, sourcing and attracting candidates, candidate management, hiring manager support and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and assist candidates and hiring managers through the talent acquisition process;
  • Performs key activities related to Talent Acquisition marketing including; research to identify sourcing and recruitment advertising job boards, blogs, schools, social media, etc.
  • Schedules phone and onsite interviews; organize travel arrangements for candidates; reserve conference rooms and provide confirmations for the candidates;
  • Manages key Talent Acquisition programs, including interns and employee referral program. Leads planning and coordination of career fairs and other events related to talent acquisition;
  • Assist with talent acquisition screening activities, including completing resume review and conducting phone screens.

Experience, Knowledge or Skills

  • Strong PC skills, Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint;
  • Internet research skills;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
  • Organized and detail oriented;
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
