Own service-level agreement and manage IAM (Identity Access Management) service provider (third party). Responsible for the overall strategic direction of the IAM information security function in order to support stakeholders while adhering to the established IT Security Governance framework. Provide leadership direction and subject matter expertise on all aspects of IAM including innovation, development, implementation, ongoing account life-cycle, platform identity management and administration.


Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • To be IAM service owner;
  • To manage SLA (service level agreement) with IAM service provider;
  • To be responsible for enterprise level identity lifecycle management;
  • To identify and propose improvements for IAM service;
  • To define and assess effectiveness of IAM service;
  • To monitor and audit IAM process performance;
  • To act as focal point for IAM related questions within organization;
  • To manage the periodic user access review certification process in alignment with IT Security Governance framework;
  • To drive continuous improvement of IT Security Governance framework and technology related to IAM to enable risk reduction and operational efficiencies;
  • To be authority in building, executing and leading IAM initiatives;
  • To contribute to team and company performance through effective networking, collaboration and leading through example;
  • To take responsibility in professional self-development and contribute to own and team performance improvement by constructive feedback and relevant suggestions.

Requirements for this position:

  • Expert knowledge of IAM;
  • Expert knowledge of IGM;
  • Risk management experience;
  • Knowledge of regulatory controls;
  • Knowledge of information security standards;
  • Knowledge of best practice concepts;
  • Result oriented;
  • Initiative and high-level of responsibility;
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills;
  • Teamwork;
  • Effective communication.

Licenses, certifications:

  • CISA (Preferable);
  • CISM (Preferable).

Education:

  • Higher education (higher education in Computer science, Cybersecurity would be an advantage).

Language:

  • Fluency in English.
