What We Do
Everyday we provide financial services to our customer, consult on financial management questions, discuss topics related to savings and loans. Our team is constantly improving customer services by developing and maintaining various processes such as communication, marketing campaigns etc. Retail Banking teams play a crucial function for a bank, working with high risk clients and making sure that clients KYC data is always up to date. By doing this Retail Banking contributes to one of Luminor Bank goals: to maintain low risk clients and ensure legislation is being followed.
Retail Banking division subsist of quite a few teams that together supports and contributes to Luminor across the Baltics.
